MC33772C sleep mode OC fault

Hello, everyone. MC33772C Sleep mode has OC faults, which can be locked in FAULT1_STATUS[IS_OC_FLT]. Currently the test sleep mode OV UV OT UT fault can be read through the FAULT1_STATUS register, but not OC. Debug OC in sleep mode other unrelated faults have been masked.

您是在EVB 上测试的吗？EVB 并没有安装shunt的电阻，需要客户自己安装测试的。

您好！是安装shunt电阻测试的，请问休眠产生的OC会锁存在故障寄存器中吗？确定是休眠过流产生故障（其他无关故障屏蔽），FAULT引脚输出高电平，但唤醒之后读取不到故障寄存器中OC标志位。不过休眠欠压过压产生故障，唤醒之后可以通过故障寄存器读取到标志。谢谢！
