MC33660 3.3V Logic level compatibility

Hello,

I checked the datasheets and eval-boards and and there is no mention of minimum Logic level requirements.

I found a note that states "input levels from the microcontroller are ratio-metric with the VDD voltage normally used to power the microcontroller"

There is no mention on  the minimum logic level . All examples are at 5V. Does anyone have experience using the MC33660 with a 3.3V MCU?

Will it work? Has anyone tried it? Or should I look for an alternative. Thank you.

I am sorry, where is this located? You just circled a VDD symbol.

The only mention of VDD minimum is here:

The only place I have seen a VDD range of "4.75" minimum is on the Mouser website, nowhere OFFICAL on NXP. Please don't tell me you just googled it and copy and pasted what it says on Mouser.

That's the limited value which means out of this range device will be damaged.

You can download the datasheet in the EC table there is the work condition:

You can see MC33660  VDD range 4.75 V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.25 V
