MC06XS4200 mosfet rdson graph

Hi,

For MC06XS4200, I have two questions.

1) If we parallel to channels can it handle continuous 30 A?

2) Can we get rdson graph with respect to temperature? We would like to do thermal calculation to determine pcb copper thickness.

Hi Mert,

1. The MC06XS4200 can handle 30A, but it is needed to evaluate the thermal dissipation to prevent device OT triggered.

2. We do not have Rdson vs. temperature curve, unfortunately.
