Hi,

Is there any external Ethernet switch, including a TSN-capable switch, integrated with the LS-1027A processor ?
If so, could you please let me know which switch is used and which Linux kernel version includes support for it?

Thanks in advance .

@yipingwang

regards,

Hello,

In NXP there is available the following option:

LS1021A Time-Sensitive Networking Reference Design, the LS1021A is the same processor than LS1027A but it has only one Arm® Cortex®-A7 MPCore compliant with Armv7-A™ architecture.

For more information please find the document Open Industrial User Guide:

This document provides a complete description of Open Industrial Linux (OpenIL) features, getting started on OpenIL using NXP supported OpenIL platforms, and the various software settings and compilation steps involved. It describes in detail the industrial features such as NETCONF/YANG, TSN, Xenomai, Preempt-RT, IEEE 1588, and SELinux. It also includes detailed steps for running the demos for example: Selinux demo, 1-board TSN Demo, 3-board TSN demo, 4G-LTE demo, OTA implementation, BLE Click Board, and BEE Click Board.
