LS1021AXN7KQB I2C ports

I am using LS1021AXN7KQB. I was wondering if IIC3_SDA(F18 pin) and IIC3_SCL(C18 pin) can be used for I2C communication with the same performance as other I2C channels (IIC1 or IIC2).

Also, If I can use the pins for I2C, does it require different design from other I2C channels (IIC1 or IIC2) or are there any other considerations?

Hello,

Yes, IIC3 can be used like IIC1 and IIC2. Note that these pins are multiplexed and configured through the RCW, so alternative pin functions for those signals will not be available.
