LPC1768FBD100 IS IT NORMAL ?

Hello, we bought LPC1768FBD100 last month , the parts  are new and  original one, but the date code 2205+,some of the parts had a little damage on the back side, may I ask if it will affect the use? Is it normal? Please check the pictures,hope can get your reply asap,Thanks my dear

First I don't know where you ordered those parts? Normally if it is ordered from official distributor, this won't happen.

If the package is damaged, it's hard to say if it impacts part functions. But I suggest you not using it. Please contact your distributor for replacement.

regarding to the silk mask. this last line of

Field ‘YY’ states the year the device was manufactured. Field ‘WW’ states the week the
device was manufactured during that year.
