Hi everyone, I am use the JN5189 DK6 Board, which is ultra-low power, high performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 based wireless microcontrollers supporting Zigbee 3.0, and the software i use mcuxpresso IDE. Terminal i used Tera Term.(the setting such as baurate 115200... I am sured is correct). The data sheet of JN5189 DK6 Board is on the web site https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/nxp/data-sheets/JN5189.pdf I set up the board and software step by step by "Getting Started with JN5189" (https://www.nxp.com/document/guide/getting-started-with-jn5189:GS-JN5189#title3.2) After I use the mcuxpresso IDE to build my project(hello_world), I burn(programing) the hello_world.bin to my board used DK6Programmer. The problem I encountered is when I burn(program) my hello_world.bin to my board successed, terminal doen not show "hello world", I heard if you miss some steps when you setting the software, you can not use the .bin file which is build by mcuexpresso. Does anyone know what steps I am missing?

Hi @MikeYJ,

I hope you are doing great.

Did you install the Python 3.8 or newest?

Please look at the next AN that explains the process that you need. JN-AN-1260

Did you change the jumpers to the FTDI option? JP4/7

Could you please try to program the device using the debug process? Also, what is the result tha you have when you try to debug the hello world?

Please let me know your findings.

Regards,

Mario
