Is the NXP PBHV9560ZX PNP transistor (in SC-73 / SOT223 package) safe for PCBs to be used in an MRI (magnetic) environment?

The datasheet says it has a copper-iron alloy lead frame. How much (%) iron is too much for a 3T field strength?

We didn't qualify this product for MRI application.

Though, it is possible to estimate the magnetic force using material content data:

http://www.nxp.com/chemical-content/PBHV9560Z.html?lang_cd=en

The magnetic force arises at the ferromagnetic materials in gradient of magnetic field (e.g. 3T at 0.5m base).

PBHV9560 contains iron in amount of 0.05mg. So, the related magnetic force @ 6T/m would be less than 5E-5 Newtons.

This is negligible force.

I think, this device is safe for MRI.
