I keep destroying PSMN5R6 mosfets. I've got a 65v transorb across drain-source & a 100k x 1uf RC on the gate for slow turn on to limit filter cap inrush current. Seems to be a drain-source channel failure with ~300ohm to the gate. Is the right forum to as
