I have some Questions about PTN3460 External EEPROM

I implemented the eDP To LVDS interface on the motherboard using the PTN3460 IC.

After completing the mainboard SMT, I'm testing the PTN3460 interface, I have a some problem.

I uploaded EDID (1280 * 800) .BIN to the PTN3460's External EEPROM. However, EDID data communication through AUX channel is not normal.

As a result, I found that I need to insert the EDID data as well as the configuration data into the EEPROM.

**** Questions!! : 

            1) Can I find the TOOL name that I use to create the EEPROM File that combines the EDID + Configuration files?
