I am searching for a datasheet for N7100080FSCAGA. It is an obsolete Philips IC used as an aircore driver for a speedometer. Anyone have any idea where I can find one?

I am able to source the part, but the "new" parts work differently than the original parts. The ratio of input frequency to deflection is different. For example: on an original part, an input frequency of 66Hz would read as 30MPH, whereas on the "new" parts, the speedometer reading is 12MPH. The difference between the original and replacement chip speedometer readings is 2.5(original part):1(replacement part) across a spectrum of 10Hz - 333Hz.
