How to test the VCSL command of MIFARE Ultralight?

I encountered some problems while testing the VCSL command for MIFARE Ultralight.How do I fill in the values of IID and PCDCAPS in the VCSL command? I tried to test the VCSL command several times and received the NAK returned by the card.
