How to test the BB201 Low-voltage variable capacitance double diode?

Hi,

I bought a chip BB201 chip, and I want to test it in the digital tuning capacitor circuit . How can I program it ? Are there any application for the chip BB 201?

Use the device as a part of LC tank and provide control voltage via RF choke or resistor (R> hundreds kOhms).
