How to find the ADS model of the MW6S004 tube

Please go to MW6S004NT1

Scroll down to Designs files and you will find RF High Power Model ADS Model Kit and RF High-Power Model ADS Model Library.

Or please go to Models for ADS: Keysight Advanced Design System

Since MW6S004N is not recommended for new designs, you have to download the Product Model Library that contains models released in 2006 and earlier for orderable RF High Power product only.

I downloaded the ADS_FSL_LIBRARY_ADS2006U3_DK.zip and ADS_FSL_LIBRARY_ADS2011_DK.zip as you prompted, but unfortunately I couldn't unzip them and I don't know where the problem was.
