Dear SIR,

There are two pins TRX_M and TRX_P on module ADTJA1101-RMII to RJ45.

How to connect these two pins to general RJ45 connector and do a ping ip test?

Thanks,

E-John

Dear Bulat,

Thanks for your explanations. There is a system diagram below(from some NXP documentation)

If MCU want to output ethernet to general RJ-45, starts from PRE-MAC0 -> Ethernet switch(SJA1110A) -> Ethernet PHY 1x -> 1000BASE-T -> RJ-45.

What are these Ethernet PHY 1x and 1000BASE-T supported and recommended by NXP?

Thanks,

E-John

We do not have a list of recommended PHYs. You can treat as "recommended" the PHYs used on our reference boards.

Block diagram seems to be related to the S32G-VNP-RDB2 reference design board. Please visit its home page, section "Design Resources" provides  schematics of the board where all mentioned PHYs are explicitly listed:

If you mean regular ethernet connector (RJ45), TRX_N and TRX_P can not be used in this way. These two signals provide 100base-T1 standard which uses a single twisted-pair cable for full-duplex ethernet connection,  while RJ45 uses individul twisted-pair cables for TX and RX signals.
