How to calculate LPC54608 & IMXRT 1024 performance in any hardware

how can I calculate the LPC54608 & IMXRT1024 performance using any method on my hardware or any standard process to calculate the performance or instructions cycles for the different operations? and also, what is the internal memory wait states in the LPC54608 and IMXRT1024 controllers.

The benchmarks are provided by Arm, in this case the LPC54606 include a Cortex M4 and the i.MXRT1024 contains a Cortex M7.

Regarding the memory wait states, the RT has a faster memory. If you would like more details you can refer to the datasheet or the reference/user manual of the product.
