How many bytes of data can I read at once with SC18IM700 UART-to-I2C bridge IC?

Hi,

I want to integrate the SC18IM700 UART-to-I2C bridge IC in my design. At the moment, I am in the process of testing it. A diagram of my testing setup is attached below.

In my testing, I have been able to read 32 bytes of data at once with the default IC settings. Is it possible to read more bytes of data at once? I would like to read 72 bytes in one go. 

Also, is it possible to read data from a specific address with this IC? It is not mentioned in the datasheet.

Any help is much appreciated.

For read from slave device, you can't read 72 bytes in one time, only can read N byte from slave device (N=16 max) one time.

How to read data from a specific slave address? It's not mentioned in the datasheet. I tried using the following single read I2C commands but it's not working.
