How can we configure DMA engine in mpc 8309 twr board?

I want to understand about use of DMA in freescale mpc8309 twr board.Can anybody explain ?

MPC8309 device has two different DMA engines - please look MPC8309 Reference Manual, Chapters 13 and 14.

Depending on which DMA engine is in question, please see "Initialization/Application Information" in proper Chapter - either Section 13.5 or Section 14.5
