I am using PLL HEF4046 to phase lock a 50/60 Hz SIG_IN between a BLDC motor with reflective object sensor (OPB704 by TT Electronics) which convert the blade rotation and input them as feedback into PLL COMP_IN. However, the PLL keep lock and unlocking, and not able to achieve a stable lock condition. I am seeking advice or any field engineer able to come on site for advice?
