Freescale KL25Z in Proteus

Hi.

I´d like to ask you if there is any option to work with KL25Z in Proteus? I can´t find its circuit model. I´ve been looking for it very long time, but I haven´t found it. Where can i find this component kl25z to implement it to Proteus or any other simulator?

Hi Buka Buka,

   Unfortunately, as I know, we don't have the KL25 Proteus module.

  So, in my opinion, I highly recommend you use the KL25 board, debugger and IDE to debug the chip directly, instead of just use the proteus to simulate it.
