Hello, when I want to Add AFIC10275N to my ADS project, I encounter with an error represented below:

Failed to add item definition to cell "AFIC10275N_Level1_Rev0_DK:FSL_AFIC10275N_Level1_Rev0_MODEL"
Could not find cell "FSL_AFIC10275N_Level1_Rev0_MODEL" in library "AFIC10275N_Level1_Rev0_DK".

anyway, I clicked ok, and saw that the component is available in the schematic library but when I simulated it, I got an error represented below:

********************

Warning detected by hpeesofsim during netlist parsing. Unrecognizable scale factor `x107' ignored

Warning detected by hpeesofsim during netlist parsing. Model `FSL_AFIC10275N_FET2.FET2M1' (defined in file 'C:/........../AFIC10275N_Level1_Rev0_DK//circuit/models/fsl_AFIC10275N_pkg_netlists.net' around line 33): `FSLRFPK_FET2_v1' is an undefined primitive device.

Error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist flattening. `FSL_AFIC10275N_FET2.FSL1' is an instance of an undefined model `FET2M1'.

*************

I have added the library to my project correctly. moreover, I have added the "RF POWER ADS DESIGN KIT" to my project correctly. So, my problem is not related to them.

I am using ADS2020

Hi guys and @LPP ,

ASD versions 2021 and 2022 all have problem with this large-signal model. the problem will be solved if you install ADS 2020 and the more before.

You must link two libraries to work: AFIC10275N device kit  + RF Power ADS DesignKit. In your snapshot, I see the first but not the second one. It must look as:
