We consider to use FS85xx product for our virtual cluster. We'll use IMX8 and PF8100 PMIC. We directly connect to battery FS85xx. And supply the PF8100 via Vpre output of FS85xx. But I see the datasheet and app notes of FS85xx which is contains VPre was only used for suppy the BUCK1,BUCK2...

Hi Samet,

I have discussed the matter with my colleague, who answered you in the ticket and also with an application team and the application team recommends to use the AN12807, because the AN12198 is only a draft document. However if you still need the AN12198, please send my colleague an update to the ticket. Unfortunately we are not allowed to share confidential documents on the community. Thank you for your understanding.

With Best Regards,

Jozef

Dear Samet,

sure, you can use the Vpre to supply the PF8100. Please find attached an AN12807, where PF85 Vpre is used to supply the PF5024. We have another application note AN12198, where Vpre of PF85 is used to supply the PF82, but it is confidential and I cannot share is here in the community. If you want the AN12198, please create a ticket here: https://support.nxp.com/s/

With Best Regards,

Jozef
