FRDM-K82F hello_world demo debug and design environment

I follow the instruction here to setup my FRDM-K82F board https://www.nxp.com/document/guide/get-started-with-the-frdm-k82f:NGS-FRDM-K82F. When I click on "Get SDK", it goes to this link https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?agree=Accept&element=6373617. In the tutorial, the file downloaded is zip file including many files and apps inside. However, when I download from the link above, it only has an exe file. May I know is there any change in the "Get SDK" and where I can get all folders in the zip file? Therefore, I cannot do the debug for hello_world demo file as described in step 3. Also when I tried to get KSDK Project Generator, there is no option for FRDM-K82F. Where can I get all the folders for FRDM-K82F? Thank you

Thank you for your detailed guidance. I have followed your instruction and successfully downloaded the SDK. However, it seems like the Kinetic Studio Design that we are using is no longer compatible to this SDK. May I know which development environment I can use for this SDK? Please use MCUXpresso IDE.

You can download if from 

https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/mcuxpresso-software-and-tools-/mcuxpresso-i...

After you install the IDE, you can find the user guider in the installation folder

Or you can use IAR and Keil.

MCUXpresso SDK is a new SDK version.  KSDK is an old version
