External PN5190 using PNEV5190MB

Hello everyone,

I am currently using the PNEV5190B VERSION 1.0 to communicate between the board and an external PN5190 that is implemented on a cardboard i designed myself.

Could you inform me on how to connect the jumpers on the board in order to initiate a detection by NXP Cockpit ?

I went through the AN12550 to find the answer but i cannot find any proper information regarding my issue. I noticed there is an indication on the silkscreen top with R5, R6 and R7 but I don't understand the meaning of this tip.

Based on your description, it's not clear to me what you needs, so please confirm whether the green area in the figure below is the design you want to achieve, if not, please help to correct it.

I would like to connect an external PN5190 reader to the K82 microcontroller and then use Cockpit for the calibration of the PN5190 on my board.

Is it clearer for you?

Ok, it's clear. You can connect your PN5190 to K82 board via JP1 jumper. Please refer to the schematic diagram for the definition of JP1 and log in PN5190 | NFC Frontend for payment | NXP Semiconductors download the schematic sw6594.
