Error Encountered with MRF300AN Model in AWR Microwave Office

 I am currently using Cadence AWR Microwave Office for RF power amplifier simulation and attempting to use the MRF300AN transistor model. I downloaded the model file directly from the following NXP official website.

However, when I run the simulation in AWR, I encounter the error shown in the attached screenshot. I have verified that the model file has been properly imported into the project and linked correctly, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise:
- What might be causing this error?
- Are there any additional configuration steps required when using this model in AWR?
- Is there an updated or alternative version of the model available?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am currently unable to proceed with my simulation due to this issue.

Could you tell me which Model kit version are you using?

Recently, the RF High Power Model Kit Rev 5 has been very well received by customers.

I don't know what to do with that error, let me do some tests, but could you help me install this version and do the process again to add the model design kit for MRF300AN, I think your error could be solved by reinstalling this version
