Hello @jingfang,

Hope you are doing well.

Just to confirm, are you using a custom board or is it a FRDM board?

Are you trying to perform an Erase Sector or is it Erase Chip (Manual programming)? Does this error occur if you try to program a binary file?

By any chance, have you modified the Flash setting? Could you please share a screenshot of your Flash settings (Options tab > Project Settings… > Flash)?

Please consider doing some tests with J-Flash Lite and JLink Commander (Jlink.exe), just to confirm the behavior that your application presents. You can find the corresponding User Manuals inside SEGGER > JLink > Doc > Manuals.

Regards,
Eduardo.

I test J-Flash V7.70 with demo board KW38,the problem points remain.(IDE GUI FLASH TOOL is OK).

J-Flash set as follows:

The bin file size is 520KB.

Hi,

Just to confirm, what is the programmer/debug probe you are using (for example JLink base, JLink Pro, JLink Plus...)? I am still trying to reproduce this scenario on my side.

Could you please try flashing a binary file with a smaller size? Please consider doing a mass erase to the flash memory using the GUI Flash Tool before programming. After this, try to flash a smaller binary.

Regards,
Eduardo.

I found a solution, but this one requires splitting the bin file.

I wonder, is there a way to do this without splitting the bin file?
