Do we require ferrite bead on +1.8V power supply PINs of PTN38007

Hi NXP Community,

Recently i have came across one article by Altium. Link is here. As per link its clear that Ferrite beads make eye diagram performance bad. By removing ferrite bead we can have improved EYE.

I am using PTN38007 for "USB4 Gen3x2/USB3.2 Gen2x2" FMC Card to evaluate IP core on Kintex Ultrascale + development board.

My questions are as below.

1. There are ferrite beads used on supply lines of PTN38007 as per evaluation board schematic of PTN38007. Is this board perfectly evaluated? Whether it evaluated at level of 40Gbps?
2. What is advantage of using ferrite bead on +1.8V power supply.
3. Can i remove ferrite bead and direct connect with +1.8V? Will it create any adverse effect? Will it benefit me to improve eye diagram performance.

This question annoys me since last few days. Hope i find answer here.

The function of ferrite bead is decrease the high frequency noise on power or signals.

If you have interesting, you can try to remove this EVB's ferrite bead  then test the performance again.
