LPC1769FBD100, 551 = Packing: TRAY-Tray, Bakeable, Single in Drypack

LPC1769FBD100K = Packing: TRAY-Tray, Bakeable, Multiple in Drypack

LPC1769FBD100/P1K = Packing: TRAY-Tray, Bakeable, Multiple in Drypack, manufactured in another fabrication site
