CodeWarrior TAP - output TMS is brocken

Hello everybody! I have a problem!

Probably Accidentally i shorted while connecting the circuit TMS and VREF(power) on the CodeWarrior TAP cable. Now the pin TMS at the CodeWarrior TAP output is logic 1 and does not change when trying to connect to my board. Strange, I have always considered Freescale to be reliable, usually all output signals are protected from possible short circuits. Can you tell me which chip in CodeWarrior TAP is broken?

Maybe someone has an electrical schematic of the output circuits CodeWarrior TAP? (board number SCH-27266 REV B)?

Help my, please!

Hi SergAn

Do you use USBTAP_DSC: USB TAP for ONCE DSC or USBTAP_PQ1: USB TAP for PowerQUICC® I ?

Neither of them has schematic open to external. USB tap is not open source product.

If this tool is purchased within one year and this is a quality issue, you can check warranty return process:

If this is damaged by user self, I don't think we have channel to fix it or provide schematic. Normally user buys a new one.

Hope this helps,
