Change of UID in SE050E

is it possible to erase or change a content of the binary file

kSE05x_AppletResID_UNIQUE_ID = 0x7FFF0206

for any user other than

kSE05x_AppletResID_FACTORY_RESET = 0x7FFF0205

I'd like to confirm that the answer is "no".
