SJA1105 can assign a VLAN tag based only on the ingress port. VLAN membership
is defined in VMEMB_PORT of VLAN Lookup table entry. If you wish all ports to
be members of a certain VLAN, you have to set the corresponding bit of VMEMB_PORT
in all VLAN Lookup table entries. See SJA1105TEL User Manual, Sections 4.2.8
and 4.2.10.
