Hello,

There is a circuit to compensate the weak output drive of PMIC_ON_REQ on PF2000 and PF3000 Reference schematic.

And It says that does not need this in TO1.2 or later.

I can not find out the meaning of TO1.0, TO1.2.

Is it OK to remove the circuit when we apply PF2000 or PF3000 with i.MX 6SoloX?

Thanks,

Andy.

Hello,

  TO.1.0 means Silicon Revision  1.0.
  TO.1.2 - Silicon Revision  1.2 (Maskset 2N19K)

So, for i.MX6SX devices, available now (Rev. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4),
the circuit to compensate the weak output drive  is not needed.

Regards,
Yuri.
