Phenomena: Error message displayed as below
Result: Total test failed at 'because' F$message ($status)
State: Idle, 6-24 no 5 volt power on parset side of bustranslator card.
The MVI card had an open circuit 1.5 ohm resistor (R471). After replacing, the diagnostic test PASSED.
