Hi,

I would like to know whether AFT05ms003n can be used to produce an output of 24dBm with a drain supply of 3.3V. What should be the gate bias? Is there any reference document or design?

Yes. It is possible.

ADS load pull simulation provides typical P1dB=25dBm, Gain=15dB, PAE=59% @ 100MHz

Thank you so much LPP.

1. Can you please share the circuit used for this simulation?

2. Which was the platform used for simulation of the same?

Thank you  in advance for any help you provide

I used Keysight ADS load-pull design guide framework. Snapshot is attached.

In addition, the circuit provides stability enhancement: R1 for high frequency, SRC1 feedback for low frequency.
