BLF 578 How to identify a counterfeit

I bought from a small retailer, now I am told many are Chinese fakes, how do I tell the difference?

Hello. To identify fakes in the BLF578, 188xr series look at the drain tabs, fakes do not have the 4 small cut outs in the side of the drain terminals. ZL2WHO
