BGU7007 LNA for passive GPS antenna

Hi

We are using BGU7007 with a W3010 -Yageo GPs antenna. We see that the output of the amplifier is not amplified when checked in oscilloscope. Please help us validate the following circuit.

As we know, the BGU7007 requires only one external matching inductor and one external decoupling capacitor.

Your configuration seems correct to me, I would like to add the following:

The supply voltage range of the device is from 1.5 V to 3.1 V. Could you please review the supply voltage?
