BFU710 used in Ka band DRO, the simulation whether can be trust?

Hi. im writing this message to ask that when BFU710 used in Ka band DRO, the simulation results whether can be trust. i download the S_para and noticed it only given to 20GHz. im not sure that the mex model in design kit whether can be used in 30GHz?

BFU710 MEX model provides reliable results below 8GHz and quite acceptable results below 12GHz.
Simulation above 12GHz is rough and should be validated using measured S-parameters.

Unfortunately, we can not provide any tools for designing above 20GHz.
