Are the BGA6489 and BGA6589 SiGe Based MMICS? CMOS, Bipolar, or BiCMOS ?

BGA6489 and BGA6589 are silicon Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits.

MMIC offer the combination of several silicon based bipolar transistors, resistors and capacitors to perform specific RF function. The BGA6x89 series of medium power gain blocks are resistive feedback Darlington configured amplifiers. Resistive feedback provides large bandwidth with high accuracy.
