About requirements of PCA9555's VDD rise up time.

Could I ask you any questions?
Do you have requirments of PCA9555's VDD rise up time?
I could find description of VPOR in the PCA9555's datasheet, but couldn't find description of VDD rise up time.

Now I am goint to set up to make PDA9555 work.
When I sent davice address to PCA9555 from be connecting CPU, acknowledge couldn't be recived from PCA9555(NAK).
However I made VDD on and off, the above problem was solved.
Device address is 0x40.

I would like to know cause of this condition.

The data sheet does not contain any specific regulations regarding the rise time of the power supply, but does that mean that there will be no problems in operation?
