I am trying to devise a UHF amplifier with AFT05MS004NT1 using AWR analysis.
I installed high-power model for AFT05MS004NT1 and started using it in my projects. The model has 4th pin labelled as "T" and some variables like TNOM, TSINK, RTH and CTH. Variables TNOM and TSINK are pretty obvious but what about the others and T port? Especially T-port differs the results quite radically.
Furthermore, I would like to try this transistor with lower gate and drain voltages, assuming appropriate on voltages are passed for gate-source. When they are set lower voltages than 7.5V in AWR schematic, will the model show the corresponding behavior?
