AN636A input impedance versus frequency chart

AN636A data sheet shows RF input resistance 700Ohm and RF input capacitance 3.5pf at 240Mhz. Can I assume these are in parallel. How is this information useful when trying to match at other frequencies? Is there an input impedance versus frequency chart some where for the AN636?  I have seen them for the 605A and 606A.  I want impedance for 120Mhz. Thanks

RFi single-ended input capacitance of SA636 is provided relative to GND. It is parallel to input resistance.

Matching circuit in Figure 15 is suitable for 120MHz (for good RLI about -20dB).
