Hi, I am building a VHF receiver on 120.55Mhz using AN606. The receiver is used to detect the carrier wave only, so I will be using the RSSI as a carrier detect. I have no use for audio out, and want to dispense with unnecessary components between the IF limiter/Quadrature detector and Audio out. Can you please recommend what to do with pins 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, and 7, 8 to achieve minimum power consumption, minimum component count, and maintain the integrity of the RSSI.
