AN4428 - Details on specific parts

Is there any more details for AN4428 - Active Cell Balancing in Battery Packs?  Specifically, the MOSFETs used, the value of the resistor across the gate and the source, the value of the capacitors in parallel with the cells and the value of the resistor across the inductor.  Also, are there any more application notes on anything similar?
