In regard to the FS26 device, your schematic seems correct. I just want to add some comments:

- The following circuit is recommended for the WAKE and GPIO pins:

- Are you adding the pull-up resistor on the INTB pin?

I do recommend using the schematic attached as a reference.

Please refer the attached review comments from NXP what we did early and conform your comments.

In that, Internal pull is suggested for INTB and no comments for Wake and GPIO.
