If you are referring to the PDF files, these are not intended for manufacture. They are assembly diagrams. They are not accurate enough to be used for producing a PCB. The component values etc are useful when assembling a board.
To print or arrange manufacture of a PCB the gerber files supplied separately should be used. PCB companies expect files in this format.
The original Altium designer files are also provided. You can download a trial version of this software to use with these I believe,
If you want to print the Gerber files then there are a few free 'Gerber viewers' available that will allow you to do this.For example I've use 'gerbv' :
