Hello all,

I successfully updated firmware from OPEN SDA to USBDM, and its working properly with on board MCU chip(MK20DX128VLH5), but USBDM not working with my custom board which has chip MK20DX256VLH7, It fails to detect that chip. I'm very much new to freescale environment, hence I'm not getting what was the issue...

Hi harshal,

There was some confusion about what the SDID used to identify this chip is.  Because of this it was not being automatically detected.

You should be able to program it by manually selecting the correct device (MK20DX256M7).

The screen grab you have posted is for the wrong device (MK20DX256M5).  This MK20DX256M7 has been tested.

I would appreciate if you would post the SDID value detected by the programmer (The number that appears in Filter by chip ID).

Thanks
