TBDML recognized by Win7 but not working

I hope someone could help me, because I am blocked...

I need to use EVB Kit KIt912F634AVEVME and associated FreeMaster Interface.

the TBDML is well recognized by Win7. I follow all EVB documentation regarding setting , but it does not worked.

On the same EVB, I download a soft using CW5.X trough the TBDML , and it was working well.

But not way to use to the TBDML with FreeMaster.

I uninstall the TBDML driver.

And now, nothing work..neither the Freemaster neither trough CW5.1.

With CW, I got a window " USBDM Configuration HCS12" which pop.. ==> Failed to connect to target / reason : BDM open Failed - Unknown USB error.

With Freemaster , no connection => "could no open the communication port ...."

official TBDML doesn't support 64bit win7.
But I ever had a customer successfully install TBDML on 64bit win7. this is the solution he shared to me. i never used it, but you could also try if you want.

1. install CW5.1 to 64bit win7 direcly

2. copy tbdml.dll to ...\prog\gdi.

3. remove tbdml.dll from C:\WINDOWS\system32

Hi Vincent,

TBDML is not USBDM.  You appear to have installed USBDM.  This may be conflicting with your use of TBDML.  I suggest you uninstall USBDM.  You may have to re-install CW just in case.

However,  I don't think TBDML works under windows 7 anyway does it?

Do you have a link for a description of the hardware you are using?
