When i install USBDM_Drivers_1_1_0_Win_x32 on my win7-32bit machine,
install failed and an error dialog comes out.

Could you run the installer with the following options to create a log file?
msiexec /i USBDM_Drivers_1_1_0_Win_x32 /l*v usbdmInstall.log
As an interim measure you should be able to install the required winusb driver using Zadig
