Is the Raspberry pi Official 7 inch LCD compatible with NavQ? Can you also specify any adapter for external supply to the NavQ with connected peripherals (keyboard, etc.)?
For powering external peripherals - beyond what the on board USB-C power supply can handle - you can use a powered USB hub. That will offload the power of a keyboard and mouse to the powered hub adapter.
If you are asking how to power the NavQ, then you can use a USB-C input for power. or apply up to 20V on the power input connector header.
Emcraft have a 7" LCD that has been tested with NavQ. Technically many other displays can be made to work, but they have not been tested or had the settings configured for them.
