Do you have an oscilloscope ? It would be interesting to check the fundamental time stamp on your setup. For example, i would configure the Simulink time stamp to run at 0.1seconds and toggle a GPO (like a LED) and check it with the oscilloscope. That will confirm the board is set correctly. If that is not showing that the pin changes its value at each 0.1sec then there might be 2 causes: a logic error in the model, or even worst an issue in our toolbox.
